An archaeological team from the University of New Mexico recently said it plans to dig up the facts about UFOs trail in Roswell, New Mexico, which had become a scene in the 1947 incident.

At the time, found a flying saucer crashed near the city of Roswell, New Mexico. However, direct U.S. military said that what actually happened was one of their program called Mogul. However, a number of parties suspect the reasons and consider the U.S. military deliberately cover up the facts about UFOs is falling along with the bodies of aliens in it.

Related investigations, unsparing, the team spent approximately U.S. $ 26,000 to look for traces of UFOs in Roswell.

Not surprisingly, funds provided by the Sci-Fi Channel, a production house which sends crew to document the study, likely would not be in vain for a serious investigation.

“We want to involve themselves directly in the archaeological investigation of this high standard, even more so to find the facts about UFOs major incidents that hit New Mexico half a century ago,” said Dirk Chapman, a director of archeology at the University of New Mexico.

“There are many researchers doing the same thing and the results are similar. At this location there are traces of a flying saucer and is very likely if it was a UFO,” he said.

As expected, the expedition of UFO by Chapman and his team to criticism from some academics. One was from Dave Thomas, a physicist from New Mexicans for Science and Reason.

“I really like science fiction or sci-fi, but that’s not what should be done by a university research division. They’re just wasting time in vain because a pseudo-scientific research,” said Thomas.

“I think the only way to convince people that there is no big thing happening in New Mexico if aliens landed in the White House and say ‘hey, we had nothing to do with 1947. That’s not us’,” he said.
