Because they were balloons lol They did radar scans all over and said they couldnt find anything on radar. If you look at the vid the balloons sway back and forth to the wind and even bump into eachother, also a close up revealed strings from them. Police knew what they were and didnt see it as a threat. If something was on radar and the looked as actually ufos they would be on it no doubt.Give your answer to this question below!
