   Would be nice to have more details about the time/place and cam operator etc.
   The ‘people running’ may be a lens artifact of some kind. There are lots of very bright lights off to the right that could cause lens flares as the operator zooms in or out.

   Whatever appears to jump to the sidewalk makes me alittle suspicious of this clip.Could be real!!!But…

   I see it.Unfortunitly it makes this clip look less convincing.Whatever were seeing looks like a digital person running to me.

   Not sure if that’s a white sidewalk or what it is but look at the white area at the edge of the water… @ 0:35 slightly to the right and under the ‘light’. It appears that something came from the water and takes off running at the waters edge. Again at 0:39. The second one appears from behind the tree. Does anyone else see what I’m talking about?
